UK Delivery
When you spend over £10, delivery is FREE to standard UK addresses (includes Scottish Highlands). Some items such as our Funky Yeti T-shirts, hoodies and mugs are printed to order by a 3rd party and delivered seperately, subject to a small additional delivery charge.
Express delivery orders must be received before 2pm for same day dispatch. Orders for ski's requiring mounting must be received by 12pm with all mounting information for same day dispatch.

We have delivery set up for the following countries;
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.
Price is calculated by weight and size. Delivery usually takes 5 - 7 working days.

International Buyers – Please Note:
- We are currently not registered for UK VAT. The price shown is the price you pay and there is no tax applied that can be claimed back at customs.
- Your countries customs import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- We won't under-value items or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against UK and international laws. For customs purposes, all items will be marked with the price paid.

Deliveries & the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We are currently operating mostly as normal and are continuing to monitor the situation as it changes daily.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the corona-virus COVID-19. From experience with other corona-viruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.
To protect yourself - Don't sign for your parcel, just give your full name to the driver. Wash your hands after opening the parcel as a precaution.
To protect others from you - If you are self isolating ask the driver to leave the parcel outside your door and collect it after the driver leaves.

Returns
Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased between 15th of November 2020 and 15th of December 2020 can be returned up until 15th January!
30 Day Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund, replacement, or credit. If you require an exchange item urgently we would suggest you place a new order and then return the unwanted item for a refund.

- Contact us at info@funkyyeti.co.uk to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
- Using a good carton/packaging, return your item/s via insured Post or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Note: products must be unused with all original packaging and tags on.)
- Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement.
- Items that have been customised such as skis with bindings mounted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- ALL items must be returned in their original un-used condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
- We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number for your protection and to insure a full and prompt refund.
- Unless the item is faulty of the incorrect item was sent, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Refund's returns or exchanges will be processed once the items have been received and inspected. Any replacement items will be dispatched ASAP after processing your return.
- If applicable a Refund/Credit will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit Card refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear on your statement.
- Orders made through a Zip account will be refunded to your Zip Account.

Swiftlock Lens Change System
Swiftlock Lens Technology enables riders to change lenses instantly, providing a faster, easier, and more secure way to adapt instantly to changing light conditions. The easy on-and-off mechanism utilizes a pair of small, locking levers integrated into the goggle frame. Simply flip the levers up to release the lens, pop in the new one, and with one quick motion, lock it down.

Goggle Care
Look after your goggles and they will last a long time. Here are some tips on how to care for your goggles.
- NEVER touch the inside surface of the lens, grease and oils on your skin damage the anti-fog coating. manufacturers add anti-fog coatings to the lens but if this coating gets damaged it won’t work. If you have a crash and get snow inside the goggle DO NOT wipe the lens, the snow crystals will scratch the surface of the lens and remove the anti-fog coating. Just shake the snow out.
- Wearing – Don’t put the goggles on the top of your head. Goggles fog because of the difference in temperature between the inside and outside. The head is the hottest part of your body and heats up the inside of your goggle. They should either be on your face or off completely. Whenever you are not wearing your goggles put them in the bag supplied with the goggles. This will protect the lenses from getting scratched. There are also coatings on the outside of the lens, some are for anti-glare some are hydrophobic (helps moisture run off the surface), if you need to clean / wipe the outside of the lens make sure you shake any snow off and use a clean Microfibre cloth or turn the goggle bag inside out.
- Drying – after a long day on the mountains the foam on the inside of the goggle will have gotten wet / sweaty, to dry them remove them from their goggle bad and leave them in a warm room to dry (do not apply heat to them as this can distort the lens and delaminate the lens layers).
- Cleaning – Moisture from sweat and tears can build up on the inside of the lens. To clean this off run the lens under cold water and wipe with a microfibre cloth.
