Deliveries & the Cornavirus (COVID-19)

We are currently operating mostly as normal and are continuing to monitor the situation. Express & International delivery has been suspended until further notice. See below for details.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the corona-virus COVID-19. From experience with other corona-viruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

To protect yourself - Don't sign for your parcel, just give your full name to the driver. Wash your hands after opening the parcel as a precaution.

To protect others from you - If you are self isolating ask the driver to leave the parcel outside your door and collect it after the driver leaves.

Standard UK Delivery (3-5 Working Days*)

*Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.


Express UK Delivery (1-2 Working Days*) - Express Delivery has been temporarily suspended.

Price is calculated by weight;

  • For small items weighing 0.1 - 0.5 KG - £1.95
  • For orders weighing 0.5 - 2 KG - £7.95
  • For orders weighing 2 - 5KG - £9.95
  • Orders weighing 5KG+ - £14.95

*Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Express delivery orders must be received before 2pm for same day dispatch, orders for ski's requiring mounting must be received by 12pm with all mounting information for same day dispatch.

Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 working days longer for delivery than mainland UK. Funky Yeti T-shirts and Hoodies are printed to order by a 3rd party and delivered separately. This may take an additional 5 working days.


Pre-orders and special order items

On each product page you will find our expected dispatch date for the item, however this is only an estimate. We'll dispatch the goods as soon as they arrive and we'll let you know if there are any unexpected delays.

Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order we will issue a full refund immediately.

If you change your mind let us know and we can cancel your order. You have 30 days after the items have been delivered to return your purchase for a full refund.**

*Items purchased using rewards points earned through pre-order will be dispatched together with the pre-order items.
**Skis with bindings cannot be returned / cancelled once the bindings have been mounted.



We will resume normal international delivery service one the COVID-19 situation has stabilised.

We usually deliver to the following countries;

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 5 - 7 working days.

Price is calculated by weight (Minimum order £50);

  • For orders weighing 0-2 KG - £6.95
  • For orders weighing 2-5KG - £8.95
  • Orders weighing 5KG+ - £19.95

    International Buyers – Please Note:

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
    We won't under-value items or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against UK and international laws. For customs purposes, all items will be marked with the price paid.

    We are currently not registered for UK VAT. The price shown is the price you pay and there is no tax applied that can be claimed back at customs.


    Returns & Exchanges

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund, replacement, or credit. If you require an exchange item urgently we would suggest you place a new order and then return the unwanted item for a refund.

    1. Download a PDF Returns Form.
    2. Contact us at to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. 
    3. Using a good carton/packaging, return your item/s via insured Post or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Note: products must be unused with all original packaging and tags on.)
    4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement.


    • Items that have been customised such as skis with bindings mounted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
    • ALL items must be returned in their original un-used condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
    • We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number for your protection and to insure a full and prompt refund.
    • Unless the item is faulty of the incorrect item was sent, the customer is responsible for return postage.
    • Refund's returns or exchanges will be processed once the items have been received and inspected. Any replacement items will be dispatched ASAP after processing your return. 
    • If applicable a Refund/Credit will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit Card refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear on your statement.
    • Orders made through a Zip account will be refunded to your Zip Account.



    Funky Yeti is an authorised dealer for all the products we stock and every item Funky Yeti carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. The length and terms of the warranties vary by product.

    The manufacturer alone will decide whether to repair or replace defective merchandise. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we'll help get your warranty issue taken care of.

    To help us process your warranty request please include your order number and images of the fault with your product.

    While we aim to determine if faults are covered under warranty using photos provided, we may need to see the item first. If an item is not covered by the warranty the customer will be liable for postage costs.

    Covered: Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship.

    Not Covered:
    Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, general wear and tear, and racing are not covered under any warranty.
    Labour and shipping are not covered under any warranty.

    We do not process warranties on items purchased from other retailers.
